Subscription FAQs

 

Your monthly subscription

  • Your first box will be dispatched immediately, with subsequence boxes sent the 1st of each month.

  • We hate saying goodbyes, but you can indeed cancel or pause your subscription at any point. All you need to do is email us at helen@jammy10.co.uk stating your desire to cancel or pause and we'll take care of the rest.

  • Once payment has been taken on the we are unable to issue you with a refund unless the box is returned to us unopened or in resellable condition, but we’re alway happy to help just use our contact form to drop us a line.


Delivery

  • No problem just drop us an email at helen@jammy10.co.uk

  • During checkout, input the recipient's address details within the shipping section and this will ensure your gift is delivered to the desired address.

  • All of our subscription boxes inculde postage and packaging on us!


My Account

  • Yes, just login to your account.

  • You will first need to log in with your email address and current password. Once logged in, you will see 'My Wallet', by selecting this you can remove or update your payment cards.

  • You will first need to log in with your email address and current password. Once logged in, you will see 'My Addresses', by selecting this you can update or add a new address.


Products

  • You will be emailed ahead of time each month with what to expect, we’ll let you know all the dietary infomation then.

  • Yes, our super-styled cocktail boxes are only for those over 18 years old.
